We know what it's like to try and do everything ourselves. From hours on the phone and corresponding through emails, searching for quotes from vendors, ensuring deposits are submitted on time, ordering invitations, making the decorations and centerpieces for the big day, the list goes on and on. Whether you have a full time job yourself and need another you to get all of the preparations done or you don't have a clue where to begin with all avenues of planning and coordinating, we have you covered.

From Day One package includes:

  • unlimited email availability and scheduled phone meetings

  • 4 face-to-face meetings with couple throughout planning process of event

  • assisting with vision for event

  • requesting and negotiating quotes from vendors, including venue

  • ensuring deposits and final payments for vendors are delivered on time

  • constructing timeline/schedule of day of event

  • being point-of-contact for vendors

    • ensuring vendors are present and getting their job(s) completed

  • supervising the setting up and breaking down of event

Additional Services available (hourly rate of $50 plus materials):

  • designing save-the-dates, invitations, decorations, name cards, event favors

  • creating signs and other decorations to personalize event

  • providing rentals for place settings and props

  • assisting with venue and vendor selection (including venue tours, cake tasting, and florist)

  • coordinating transportation and lodging

While there are bound to be some butterflies, we want your vision for your special day to come alive. Details are the most important element to us aside from the whole process being as stress-free as possible for you. We will be with you every step of the way to ensure that your big day is perfect.

*50% of the fee will be due at signing of contract. Remaining fee due as follows: 25% due two weeks before event and final 25% due on the day of event.


HELP ALONG THE WAY

Hourly Rate of $50 plus materials

Life can get in the way and your brain can become a bit foggy with all of the things that need to be done before your special event. If you've already booked your venue and vendors but need a little help to complete your vision, we've got you covered.

Help Along the Way package includes:

  • assisting with vision for event

  • designing save-the-dates, invitations, name cards, event favors

  • creating signs and other decorations to personalize event

  • creating floral arrangements

  • providing rentals for place settings and props

We want to ensure that no stone is left unturned and that every detail is polished to make your special day one to remember.

*Minimum 10 hours.


DAY-OF COORDINATING

Starting at $1,000

Coordination begins 4-6 weeks prior to the day of the event.

The last thing you want when you've spent months (possibly even years!) planning your special event is to make it to the big day and not be able to enjoy it because you're worried about ensuring everything is set and in place. The day of your event will be busy and hectic, and details can often be overlooked in the hustle and bustle.

Day-Of Coordinating package includes:

  • constructing timeline/schedule of day of event

  • ensuring wedding party has what they need and are where they need to be

  • being point-of-contact for vendors on day of event

    • setting out arrangements, d├ęcor, favors and any other items that need attention

  • supervising the setting up and breaking down of event

Our job is to ensure that your special day goes smoothly and is as stress-free as possible. We will essentially be your hands and feet while yours are relaxed and being primped.
